Use the EVO Micro blown film line for the production of film tubes in widths from 100 to 800 millimeter. Cutting and welding usually required for final products from 300 to 500 mm can be dispensed with. EVO Micro used in addition to a large blown film line, can also help to relieve capacity bottlenecks.
Low outputs and reduced space requirements make the EVO Micro the ideal line for research and development. Run your tests with low consumption of raw materials, parallel to your production and independently of the research & development capacities of big equipment manufacturers. All results can be scaled- up to large production lines.
Our mono-layer EVO Compact blown film lines are available in nominal widths from 800 mm to 3400 mm. The technology offers many opportunities especially for HDPE, but also for other polymers: Opt for a small footprint and specific applications.
Our 3- to 11-layer EVO Compact blown film lines are available in nominal widths from 800 mm to 1400 mm. The lines can be individually configured and custom-engineered. The applications range from a 3-layer LDPE structure to small barrier lines and specific solutions such as water soluble film.
Excellent web flatness can be obtained even with HDPE film thicknesses as low as 5µm. The spectrum of applications includes vegetable packaging, liners and garbage bags.
Raschel nets are mainly used for packaging of foods (e.g. lemon nets) and in agriculture (e.g. hay bales). Films of 60 to 80 µm thickness and 550 to 720 mm width are commonly used for conversion on raschel looms.
Polyrema lines designed especially for this application feature a high performance with good film qualities and tolerances. Therefore, film breaks are avoided – for an optimum utilization of the looms. Excellent blending in the extruder is ensured also when adding only small amounts of colorants or UV stabilizers.
