The company Polyrema
The company Polyrema is a member of the Reifenhäuser Group and is situated in Troisdorf-Bergheim, approx. 3 km from the Reifenhäuser company. A mounting and stocking area of more than 7.000 m² is available.
After it s foundation in 1996, the main task of Polyrema was the purchase and sale of second hand lines as well as their refurbishment. As an innovative company Polyrema more and more enlarged its portfolio during the last years.
The scope of supply of the Polyrema KG contains complete mono blown film lines up to nominal widths of 3.500 mm, coextrusion lines below the Reifenhäuser programme and single machines.
Another important field is the refurbishment of pre-owned lines as well as the upgrading of blown film lines in order to achieve a higher output and better product qualities.
New Blown Film Lines
Polyrema produces new blown film lines on the basis of the latest Reifenhäuser technology. Besides the standard mono and coextrusion lines type Filmstar®, Polyrema also produces special lines for the production of HDPE film and raschel film.
Components
Besides complete lines, Polyrema also offers components, like blown film die heads, the patented PeakPower cooling ring, calibration baskets, turner bar haul-offs, film reversing units and winders up to 4500 mm nominal width.
Upgrading
For all blown film lines Polyrema offers the possible upgradings. By exchange of complete machines or only of some details it is possible to achieve an increase in output and an improvement in quality.

Second hand machines
"More than a fresh paint" has been and still is the guideline of Polyrema KG as far as second hand machines are concerned.
Maschines are refurbished "from core to surface", repaired, improved, and provided with new technology.
We do not restrict the lines to a new paint!
Lines that are refurbished by Polyrema get a new life. Upon commissioning a long life time begins.
